Refund Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

This policy applies worldwide. Mandatory rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Flotte subscriptions purchased through our checkout. Flotte is a digital, subscription-based service provided by NullSoft UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Germany. Payments and subscription administration may be handled by our merchant-of-record and payment provider, Paddle.

2. General Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing, all subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for unused time, unused licenses, partial billing periods, downgrades, or changes in usage.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights, including rights relating to defective or unavailable services.

3. Cancellation and Renewal

You may cancel a subscription before the end of the current billing period through the applicable subscription-management process or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your access continues until then.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before renewal. Cancelling after a renewal charge does not create a right to a refund for the renewed period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Trial or Free Access

Free access, evaluations, demos, and other no-charge offerings do not create refund rights or compensation claims.

5. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to the rules that apply in your country of residence. Where German or EU law applies, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract.

If you ask us to start providing the service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service provided before withdrawal. Where the legal conditions for an early loss of the withdrawal right for digital content or fully performed services are met - including your required express consent and acknowledgement - that right may expire.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, send a clear statement of withdrawal to support@flotte.sh. Please include your order or subscription details.

6. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation. We will investigate verified billing errors and arrange an appropriate correction or refund where warranted.

7. Service Issues

If Flotte is materially unavailable or does not substantially conform to the service description, contact us first so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, remedy the issue. Any refund, price reduction, or other remedy will be determined under the applicable contract terms and mandatory law.

8. How to Contact Us

For cancellations, withdrawal notices, or refund requests, email support@flotte.sh. Include the purchaser's subscription or order details, and a brief description of the request.
